Items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail within 1 to 4 business days of the order being placed. Shipping cost is based on the weight and size of your order. We currently only ship within the US. If you live outside of the US and love our candles please write to us here.
You can exchange your purchase within 14 days after the original order date. In this case the customer is responsible for shipping cost on all return items. Sale items are final sale.

Damages during shipping
We try to ensure our items get to their new home in perfect condition however there is a possibility of damages during shipping. If you receive your item with any damages please email email@example.com with a photo of your damaged order along with your order number within 7 days of receiving it. We will gladly send you a replacement ASAP.
Not happy with a scent?
We want you to obsess over your purchase! If you are not happy with a scent we completely understand! Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your purchase and we can find a better scent for you. We will not accept any candles back that have been lit. Sale items are final sale.
